[O hai here is a Coulson who looks a little pale but is decidedly not dead. He also is containing his excitement behind his trademark bland smile.]

It was touch and go for a while. I won't lie to you. But thanks to some recent advances at the SHIELD medlab, I am at this point just waiting to get off of desk duty.

It's actually a fascinating story. I am expected to make a full recovery, minus a scar or two.

[He leans forward slightly.]

We're -- doing our jobs, as well as we can. Everything down there's alright, isn't it?

The rebuilding process is going quickly with the good weather. We learned a great deal cleaning up after the Abomination in Harlem.

The Helicarrier is going to be drydocked for at least eighteen months, unfortunately. I'm currently riding a desk in the Times Square office.
