[Steve is taking a break from beating up punching bags to hydrate. There may be a slightly battered-looking bag behind him, he's uh, been -- taking out some of his aggression on it. But at the moment, he's mostly relaxed, fixing the comm with a very intent look.]

So. I know a lotta people here aren't exactly from my world. But who here knows about baseball? --Or who'd like to learn? It's the great American pastime and everything, I figure I should, I dunno, share some culture up here.

Anyway, if you're interested, lemme know. We might even be able to get a team going, we get enough people. Bucky 'n I have already got gloves and bats, if you'd like a demonstration. We can head to the CES and show ya.

[Private to Tony and Natasha:]

How about it, you two? Could get to know each other a little better. [Or you could throw baseballs at him, Tony, he wouldn't blame you one bit.]

[Private to Eddie:]

I think this could be a good thing for you to do. You up for it?

[Peggy gave him his space, she knew he needed it... And it gave her the opportunity to read up on her inmate. But destroying punching bags only works for so long... and she doesn't like communicating over the network when she can just as easily walk down the hall and talk with him in person.]

I'd like to learn, if you're not too busy teaching the rest of the Barge.

[She smiles a little as she leans against the door frame.]

Really? Alright. [He gives her a grin and rubs at his face with a towel, then gets up and heads over to the door.]

Hi there.

Really. Don't sound so surprised.

[She smiles a little more as she teases him and pushes herself from the door frame.]

Hi. How are you holding up?

[There's a little shrug.]

Alright, I suppose.

Let's take your mind off of things for a bit, in that case.

[She hooks her arm with his and smiles.]

Sounds good to me. Did you want to start learning right now, or did you have something else in mind?

Right now is as good a time as any, I think... Unless, of course, you had a different plan?

Alright, lemme grab my glove and a ball and let's go.

[She smiles and nods, letting him the space to do so, waiting oh-so-patiently.]

I'll admit, I'm a little eager to learn.

[If only because he's so passionate about it.]

[And we're assuming he does so, returning to Peggy with a bit of a grin.]
